Mr. Anand Kumar is an officer of Indian RailwayS Accounts Service (IRAS) belonging to 2000 batch and is presently posted as FA&CAO C-II in Western Railway, Mumbai. He has been awarded "National Award For Outstanding Public Services- 2018 at Railway Board's level.

He has been General Secretary of Western Railway Officers' Association since July 2017. He is also President of Western Railway Multi state Jackson Credit Cooperative Society since June'2019
