Aneesh Hegde is an IRTS Officer of 2013 CSE Batch. He is posted at Hubballi as Chief Public Relations Officer, SWR. In his earlier assignments, he has worked in Operations in Hubballi Division, Special Officer to MoS(Rlys) and also headed the Zonal Training Institute at Dharwad.

A meritorious student throughout, he is an engineering graduate from BMS College of Engineering, Bengaluru. He is a proud Josephite having studied PUC (Intermediate) at St Joseph's College, Bengaluru. He is a Chartered Member, Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) and a Fellow of Melton Foundation, an international, intercultural organisation since his college days.

He enjoys reading, writing poems, articles, learning Golf, and playing Table Tennis. Aneesh has mentored Civil Service aspirants, and students. He is also a Honorary Trustee of SWAIM (Swarnavalli Institute of Administration and Management, Sirsi) that is engaged in Civil Services mentoring. He is a native of Sirsi, Karnataka.
