Mr. Naresh Lalwani is an 1985 exam batch of IRSE officer. He passed his BE in Civil Engineering from Shri Govindram Sekseria Institute of Technology and Science, Indore in the year 1985. He has also done his Executive MBA from IIM, Indore in the year 2010. Presently, he is posted as Senior Deputy General Manager and Chief Vigilance Officer in Western Railway, Churchgate, Mumbai. He has worked in various capacities in open line and construction apart from working as Divisional Railway Manager in Palakkad division of Southern Railway.

- Strategic Management Programme in Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburg, USA in September 2018 (1 Week)

Naresh Lalwani is also associated with Indian Institute Permanent Way Engineers (IIPWE), New Delhi (since 2003) and Indian Institution of Bridge Engineers (IIBE), Mumbai. (since 2009)
